What teams do you see resting players next week and what players are most likely to be rested? I know Det and Chi have in the past, but this year both teams are not in a position to rest guys due to injury and seeding. Thinking maybe Bos, Pit, and STL are possible teams that may sit a player or three.
    12 team points only keeper (G = 1, A = 1, W = 2, SO = 2)
Dress 6 forwards, 4 defensemen, 2 goalies, weekly starts
    Roster limit - 20 plus 4 prospects

    Boston, 100% for sure.
They're 8pts up on PIT with 5 games each to play.
3 more points and they've locked up the #1.

Iginla, Eriksson area almost locks to get breaks.
I also think Chad Johnson will start most road games and the last Sunday game.

Once BOS clinches #1, PIT will fall in line.
I'm not sure Crosby needs to sit... but James Neal will, I expect.

LA is a lock for the #3 seed in the Pacific, so it is possible that they could rest somebody... I just don't see who, they are so young. Perhaps M.Jones gets an extra start or two you wouldn't expect.

    That's it.
Everybody else is still fighting for home ice in some way... and I don't see many "rests" unless teams separate a bit, then maybe next SAT/SUN, you'll hear of a few more.

Yeah I think Boston is the only for sure team, especially with the age of Iginla and injury history of Eriksson. Rask should get some rest as well as he will be starting every playoff game. I know Andersen has started the last three games for the Ducks, I don't know if that is just resting Hiller or what's going on in Anaheim there.

Roy has said that Varly will be getting the EDM and SJS games off next week.

Some of the teams that have already clinched playoff spots that have some banged up players will want to rest those banged up players even if they are ready to come back before the playoffs - Doughty (LAK), Toews (CHI), McDonagh (NYR), Letang (PIT) are some that come to mind - that said, that is pure conjecture (based on common sense :-)) on my part!
