Default Harding or Lack - which to keep fro the next season?

    Hi guys,

I have Lack in my bench and Harding is now available since he was dropped by a desperate manager.

Which one is a better keeper for the next season - Lack or Harding? Or neither?

    Lack, no question.

What is a question is Harding's health and the risk is so great in fantasy hockey that there are not many goalies I would rate him ahead of

Lack is a starting goalie. Harding is a huge question mark. The only way I even consider Harding is if it's for my 3rd or 4th goalie, in a play 1G type of league.

My heart says Harding, but from a fantasy perspective, the risk is too great so Lack HAS to be your choice here.

I would go with Lack here as well. You just never know with Harding's condition.

I don't think Lack is going to be long-term starter for Vancouver, but I'm probably in the minority there. That being said, I don't think you can justify keeping Harding when you've also got Lack. EL is flat-out a better option, safer, and will command a higher price on the trade market. Go with Lack, without a doubt.

At this point I can't be confident that Harding will play enough games. Safe choice here is Lack.
I once traded Henrik Lundqvist and Ilya Kovalchuk in return for Peter Budaj and Henrik Zetterberg… have lived in shame ever since.

I'll be surprised if anyone says Harding over Lack but anything's possible.

    Lack for me.
