Big mlb for milb offer! Need help!!!

So I'm in a 24 team dynasty and I've been offered zack grienke, and kimbrel for my Noah synderguard, dylon bundy, carlos Martinez and Martin Perez! We have a 15 minor league system here. I'm not crazy about that original offer as I'm a big fan of all my young arms so I was considering this counter kimbrel/grienke for Noah/bundy/Corey Seager/nick franklin.

Thoughts on the offer and counter? I'm still having a tough time hitting send in my counter...

I would do the original offer. 2 proven studs.
I like Noah and Bundy, Martinez a bit, not big on Perez.
You have 2 big studs. You would need 2 of the 4 to be big studs, to break even.
Seager is entering his prime, in the meat of the lineup. Don't like your offer.
