Jagr, 42, now has 58pts in 68 games which pro-rates to a 70 pt season. Where does this rank amongst the best seasons of players 40 and older? Ray Whitney comes to mind with 77 pts 2 years ago. I believe he was 39 then.
According to the list Jagr is working on the 11th best 40+ season. Whitney's 77 isn't up there presumably because the cut off for the list is age on February 1st.
