Which youngster(s) do you see breaking out in 2014/15 in the same way Ryan Johansen did this year. Who would you guys like to target?

I think Evander Kane is going to take a big step forward next year.

If you don't count his second half this year as his breakout then Mikael Granlund. Gustav Nyquist in the same vain. Vlad Tarasenko too. Tomas Hertl of course. These are the "on the radar" guys.

Kuznetsov is the obvious name, but good luck targeting him.

If you don't count his injury shortened season this year then Roman Josi is your man.

Thanks metaldude, he will be on the radar, probably at the top to be traded at some point... I start 6 d, kept karlsson, Yandle, Schultz.... Researched d out of my ass on the off season... Drafted hedman, trouba, mcdonagh... Schultz will be traded for a pick and I have 5 awesome d in a league where d gets double points over forwards.... Research and reading the rumblings make a difference!!!

Bunch of beauties right there. Schultz probably could be another breakout candidate if you think next year is the year the Oil gets their shit together.

That is more of a question for you! I have stopped watching them, hall was the only one who seemed to have heart.. I want them to do well because that fast ice up there is great. I switched over to WIN to scout trouba and discovered that I had to pick up Scheifele.

Crap... Way over talking this thread... Granlund and palat I see taking off... MacArthur, bozak are two I'm drafting early.

Huberdeau yes, Yakupov? Not sure. He could be on the trade block - where does he go? That will determine his value somewhat. Right now he just looks clueless on the ice most of time. He is a massive project IMO - could be years before he figures it out and meets his potential.
