Neither of those are veto worthy and it kind of sounds like that league isn't worth being in. 6 votes out of 20 managers is all it takes to veto a trade? Really?
Leag/Team in sig.
Recently i made two deadline trades.
1.: Hiller+2nd pick 2014 (24th overall) for Miller+3rd rounder (57th overall) in 2014 (because of Jake Allen)
2.: Nieto+Petrovic for T. Thomas+Orpik (needed a solid backup for the playoffs, and a defensive d)
but both have been vetoed by the league members (6 vote to veto a trade). I think that none of them is a bad trade... Am i crazy?

Without me, it's only "aweso".
I don't see anything wrong with either one of those trades.

This. It should be at least 75% of the league to veto a trade, and also really there should be no opportunity to veto, unless most of the managers are new to fantasy hockey and there are a few experienced guys to take advantage. Keep in mind new is very different from bad. Only time a trade should be vetoed is if a very new (first year ever playing fantasy hockey) manager is ripped off by an experienced vet, or if there is clear collusion between two managers.
Thanks, the responses. It's a joke league, because of the trades (some guy traded Hartnell for Karlsson last year, and it was not vetoed), but i have very good young and competiting team, and this is why i not leave the league yet.
I left a league last year in which I owned Malkin, Stamkos, Backstrom, Rask, Zetterberg, Datsyuk... among others. I was stacked and had spent years building that team. But when the commish started vetoing trades (and overturned one 6 weeks later because a pick involved had turned out to be first overall), that was it. I can't stand being in leagues like that. Too much stress over BS.

That's ******ed. 6 votes to veto in a 20 team league? High tail it out of that league. Brutal.
Same league, some guy just traded his Filpulla + 1/2 (Basically one of Reinhart/Bennett) for Filip Forsberg, Markus Granlund and 1/20. And i'm sure, nobody will complain about that.
Maybe i'm biased but this some kind of trade what is a veto worthy, not my Nieto/Petrovic for Thomas/Orpik trade...
No, that is absolutely not a veto-worthy trade and neither were either of the ones you made. The absolute ONLY reason a trade should be veto-able is if one of the GMs involved was acting for reasons other than what he/she perceives are his/her team's best interests. In other words, no collusion, no veto. Leave the league and join one with a lower jackass quotient.

Ya, time to leave that league. You're trades get vetoed while Hartnells for Karlsson passes? There's no logic there!
Looking at your team, I believe these Veto's are jealously driven. Your team looks like it will go deep in playoff runs now, and in years to come. I would of thought that the Miller trade was great for both sides. You solidify a starter (who's aging) now, and he gets great draft picks in a not-so-deep draft
