    I'll agree with you, 99.5% at least.

    Next year every free-agent 'power forward with intangibles' is going to use this deal as leverage in negotiations... and then this is going to suck for some other teams too.

    I think Clarkson needs to be given a fair chance. He started the year with a suspension and just hasn't been able to catch up. Lets cut him some slack until next year. I believe he will redeem himself big time and become a fan favorite.

    That will never happen. The Clarkson contract is horrible and nothing he will ever do will ever make anyone think that it was a good decision. Leafs fans will always hate him. Clarkson is a glorified goon and that's all.
