CAA should jump on this. Get a commercial going with Thomas and Luongo pumping each other's tires on a service call.
Head to Head League: 1 point for G, 1 point for A. 2 for Goalie win, 3 for SO.
Start 6 guys every week. 3 O, 2 D and 1G. No substitutions once they are in (before the first game starts on Monday).
Protect 3 players every year in keeper.

I could see Kelser staying... but I can also see him goingi, its up in the air at the moment, but if gillis can pry away what the canucks need in a 2nd line filler, young stud prospect and a draft pick, he will go.
Personally, I can't wait and am glad if this signifies the onset of a proper rebuild. I'm over the team structure of an elite stud stud goalie, sick d and shxtty offence. Lets see some exciting young players in vancouver - we haven't had that in way too long.
I definitely don't want to see him go for the pens and receive sutter and a bunch of plugs. fxck that.
Ideally, we would trade to the wings - kesler would be happy, and there is a stable of young properly developed talent. but what am I saying, detroit will never let them go.

Great return for Vancouver. They should do a complete rebuild though. Fire Gillis. Fire Torts. Trade Kesler, and Edler tomorrow. Trade the twins at the draft and start fresh. As awkward as the relationship is/should be between Luongo and Thomas (assuming Thomas isn't a Penguin this time tomorrow), it has to be better then the last three years in Vancouver. Much respect to Lou for always taking the high road. Best of luck and relaxation in the anonymity that is being an NHL player in FLA.
