I'm not great at the armchair GMing, but what about Washington?
They could use a goalie and have Johansson as the young C that the Nucks would covet. They'd let go of one of their two goalies (Neuvirth and Holtby) pretty readily, and could use Erat to square up some salary. Kuznetsov would be a boon for the Nucks as a prospect.

I dunno. Just tossing an idea out.

I watched it. He got boned by Orlov and allowed 2 on the major PP. Still doesnt change the fact he gave up 3 in five minutes and lost. The blame goes all around.

Let me re-phrase it how it was meant. The organization thinks its in a win now mode.............whereas the Canucks seem to be in a belated rebuild mode.

I was referring to the Sedin contracts as albatrosses, (not Keslers, someone brought up trading the Sedins) because that is exactly what they are. No one wants 2 over-the-hill, heartless players that are signed for big bucks for the forseeable future and area already on a steep decline....and now can't score to save their lives.

It's honestly embarrassing......I am watching this outdoor game and they are both invisible. When you haven't scored in 2014 and your team is desperate, you'd think you'd actually show a bit of intensity, and maybe try going to the net or other tough areas of the ice to try and make things happen instead of coasting aimlessly in circles.....

Henrik Sedin has my vote for worst captain of an NHL team....I couldn't think of a worse fit for a captain, except maybe giving your goalie the C.
