I'd go with Cooper for your WR spot.. you know Foles with throw the ball.. and he loves to target Cooper down the field.. I'd run with your first thought to ride the hot streak..
at QB you have to go with Rivers.. Ryan has been awful without Julio
In my PPR league I start 2 WR, 2RB, and 1WR/RB
These are my candidates:
Keenan Allen @MIA
Riley Cooper vsWAS
Kendall Wright vsIND (Thur night)
Aaron Dobson @CAR
Reggie Bush @PIT
Giovani Bernard vsCLE
Andre Brown vsGB
CJ Spiller vs NYJ
I am pretty sure I want to start Bush, Brown, Bernard, and Allen. So what it comes down to for me is Cooper versus Wright for WR2. Cooper has been great the last couple weeks and I am inclined to ride it out, but at the same time Wright has been about as steady as they come and seems to be getting targets from Fitz. Both have favorable matchups. What are your thoughts?
The other decision I have is Rivers versus Ryan at QB. I am probably more comfortable with Rivers, but he has a tougher matchup @MIA versus Ryan @TB. Our QB scoring is 6 point TDs, 1 point per 25 pass yards, and 1 point for every completion, so guys that chuck the ball lots can really rack up the points. Thanks for the help!

And with respect to the Rivers versus Matt Ryan decision, one also has to pay close attention to what Harry Douglas' status ends up being. Either way, things are just pointing away from trusting Matt Ryan....
"Updating an earlier item, Harry Douglas missed Thursday's practice with a knee issue.
It was previously unknown why Douglas missed the session. He likely suffered the injury in Wednesday's practice, but that usually results in a "limited" tag on the day of. It's possible Douglas went down at the exact end of Wednesday's session, or tweaked it early Thursday. Either way, his Week 11 status is now murky, while what he's able to do on Friday will be paramount. Owners planning to trot Douglas out as their WR3 need to have a back-up plan ready."

Seeing i missed the Cooper / Wright debate I will chime in on the QB choice. I agree that you have to roll with Rivers. Ryan has next to nothing to throw to right now unfortunately and for now simply has to see the bench
