To Rodgers or not to Rodgers?? REP REP REP

Alright this is for a VERY stingy and defensive league where points are hard to come by (20 yds = 1 pt, IDP but DST can rack up a ton). We start:

12 team league: QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, DST, then for IDP, 1 D, 1 CB and 1 DL.

Current team is

QB: Kaep, Dalton, McCown
RB: AP, CJ, Stacy, D. Williams
WR: Garcon, Hilton, Shorts, Douglas, Wallace
TE: Graham
DST: KC (they have 259 pts, next highest is 224 and 201....highest player is Peyton at 234 with 2nd highest 179....to give you an idea)
IDP: Hali, E. Thomas, Long

Basically my QBs have been killing me. I lost by 1 pt this week....and to give another idea of the stingy part...Kaep got me -7.

The guy in last place who needs a win bad this week offered me:

Rodgers, Palmer, Baldwin

for

Garcon, Dalton, Long

Do I do it and then try to flip Stacy or CJ for WR upgrade?

I've never seen a scoring system like this before. But I wouldn't give up my best WR with a soft schedule ROS for the opportunity to start Kap or Carson for the next 3 weeks and maybe have Rodgers for the last 2-4 games of the season. The other GM is in last place, the other GM really needs a win this week, you have the leverage (unless it's a keeper league). What does their roster look like?
