As much as I give dmen added weight, Kreider is a multi-cat stud and you shouldprobably go with him

Krug is still highly underrated in fantasy circles...he's already a top 20 fantasy dman to own at this point. Wouldn't deal him for just Kreider, I know that.

I'd take Kreider. I'm a big fan of this kid. Just picture a younger Hartnell.

Is that an unbiased response being that you're a Rangers fan, lol? Just messing!

Give me Krug here. I own Kreider in several leagues and he's been hot and cold. When he's on, he produces, but when he's off you are getting zilch. Krug has great offensive skill and is producing huge numbers for a rookie D-man.

Sidenote - All this Kreider love seems weird to me, I've been trying to move him all season in several leagues and getting very little interest in return.
    Without me, it's only "aweso".

If I were in your league, I'd pay the piper for him.

I should have been more clear, these are one year or limited keeper leagues so his value is lower than in a full keeper.

Either way though, I prefer Krug now and for the foreseeable future.

I'm not sold Kreider will be a PIM machine and he needs to entrench himself beside a ppg player to have any hope of being a really really good pts guy.

Krug looks like a mainstay on the B's top PP unit and should have some nice +/- numbers.

    Gimme Krug here.

Kreider here. I really like Krug and think he has a great future in Boston but Kreider will end up as a 50-60 pt, 150-200 hit, 75-100 PIM player. He'll provide value even when he isn't scoring.

Someone compared him to Hartnell, which is a fair comparison. Future multi cat stud.

Ditto. I don't see Kreider as abrasive as a Hartnell type of player. I think the penalty minutes will come down as he will be more valuable on the ice than in the box. Also, a player like Krug is harder to find (and that plus/minus should be good for the next couple of years) than a player like Kreider. Krug for me, but it's close for sure.
