He seems to me to be one of those players where you have to seperate fantasy value from hockey value.
He is a terrific player but at this point he is unrosterable in fantasy. He's only 19 (or 20) so perhaps the points come in the future but I'd peg him as a poor mans Tobias Endyrom if he doesn't learn to shoot more.

I think Brodin, like Maatta, has some nice untapped offensive potential. Some people were worried how OELs "all around game" would effect his offense and it's panned out pretty well. I don't see Brodin having OELs upside (50+) but he should end up a steady, reliable 40-45 guy fairly soon - think Ryan Suter on Nashville.

I kind of agree with davidgoodburn.
He will probably be a better "real life" Dman then a fantasy Dman, at least for the unforseeable future. Thats not to say he wont eventually turn into a solid fantasy own.
I dont know if I would call him unrosterable though. If you dont ride him out now when he isn't performing up to par, you probably wont get the same chance to get him once he actually starts performing. He gets a ton of icetime, gets solid PP time and isnt afraid to block shots either.
