Default B. Richards? (False Alarm...just really low ice time)

He's only played 6:40 after two periods. Anyone know what happened?

NHL.com updated his minutes to 9+. That's still low and he had 1:49 of pp time and guys like Pouliot had 4:14 of pp time. Did he piss off AV or something? Why is he being given no ice time again? WTF

He's scored too many goals and is hurting the confidence of the offensively-inept.

Seriously though, I would like to know too.

He's fine. Dunno what happened but his ice time reads 16:45 now and Twitter doesn't have anything out of the ordinary.

Just came from a Rangers board. They said they were probably just resting their big players because the game was impossible to lose. His ice time splits were similar to their other big players (ex: Stepan).
I think this was their 3rd game in 4 nights.
