I would move Ridley for Blackmon if you need a WR and can spare a RB. If it means that you have to start Peyton Hillis as a RB I would stay put.

PPR league. I'm looking to make a move to strenthen my WR's, would you move one of Ridley or Lacy for Blackmon or Boldin?

Lacey is better but you can probably get far more for him than Ridley at this point. Shop both and see what kind of return you can get on each. It would depend on how deep my RB are and how bad my WR are if I would move one for Blackmon or Boldin
