Great start for Curtis Lazar in the WHL: 9GP, 9G, 8A, 17 points, +14 (next highest Oil King is +8). Team's best player and one of the WHL's best forwards. It's the first season he's gotten 1st line minutes so his numbers will rocket as expected.

He'll be really valuable for multi-cat leagues especially and has captain upside in the NHL.

I feel he's a Ryan Kesler clone (in another thread I was talking about how I had seen him play a couple of times live and watching some highlight videos, which had me comparing him to Kesler).

What do you think EV; I would love to get your take on this Senator prospect!

Basically what the scouts said when they picked him. Ryan Callahan type, captain, goal scorer, never takes a shift off, excellent at both ends of the ice, hits, can fight, blocks shots, plays with a smile on his face, just loves the game. Kesler is a good comparison too but I like the Brown, Callahan comparisons a bit more.

He'll be a RW on the Sens and should play next year IMO.
