Is it safe to assume that is Ryan Ellis from Nashville and not Dan Ellis from Dallas?

I firmly believe it's the best player that decides the deal - Karlsson is best player in this deal particularly when you factor in positional scarcity so I'm going with Karlsson / Bozak / Ellis...even though Bozak and Ellis in this case are basically spare tires on a Maserati.

I would go with Karlsson side only because of the latter.....also, EDM are struggling and Brendan Smith seems irrelevant offensively.....

I voted for the Eberle side. Schultz will be a stud dman, although not in the same status as Karlsson, but still really good. And Eberle is an upgrade on Bozak. And I would rather Smith than Ellis.

So, I'd rather the side that's better all around in this case.

I pulled the trigger because of the poll and responses.

My 2 cents:

Karlsson is by far the best D in our league because of the goal factor and his age. So him over Schultz is further than one might think. JS is a stud but no EK.

Eberle was the harder one to let go of because Bozak isn't an asset from a goal scoring angle but he does see top line minutes and chips in decently in our deep league.

At this point I'm even but I do think Ellis has a much larger upside than Smith especially for our DG category. Ellis has a cannon for a smaller guy. NSH is a pretty crappy situation for him but gets PP time when he plays. Smith is more of a 2 way guy that is behind Kronwall (injured) but also Kindl. And most recently the press box.

So I did it but don't love the deal but will learn to live with it and hope I didn't screw myself.
