Is Girardi still the blocked shots king without Torts?

So we all know how much Torts pushes his players to block any and all shots they face and this made Girardi very valuable for his peripherals in leagues that count blocked shots. Under the new head coach does Girardi still win this category? Or do I look to someone like Luke Schenn who will get me more hits and pims?

I think Schenn might be better. Nobody likes to block shots. Yea you have pads, but it still hurts. Without a coach pushing it, he's bound to block less
