That list is the average opinion of about 100 known analysts, and while opinions on those outside of top 15 vary a lot it seems like most experts are in agreement on Martin vs bush. But you are right in that it is a tool and you need to be aware of that.

Welp, really glad I landed Garcon since I just lost Cobb for the rest of the regular season. Was able to snag Allen off the waiver wire last week, too. Too bad he was on my bench.
