Default Drop MPS and pick up a bruiser?

It's the team in sig. I am reading he may be a healthy scratch or at best 4th line now. I was thinking picking someone up like Clune to boost my PIM. I wanted Gudas from some things I read, but waiting for Havlat to get his IR status someone grabbed him before I could.

Does he really have a shot at making any type of impact or is he going to be wasting a spot on my bench?

Too early to tell for sure but with the depth that's already there, MPS projects as a depth forward with very limited offensive expectations. Might be more efficient for your roster spot to have a player for specialized role for either PIM, hits or both.

that was probly the worst spot fro MPS to go...so much depth and IMO hes not dynamic enough to break through that depth to a top 6 spot.

easy drop for a more roto type

I would be careful with Clune because Nashville signed about 300 depth forwards this offseason. He is better than Paajarvi though.
