I HATE Drouin vs Mac Daddy threads! So which one do I take ;)

I have first overall. Who do I take? Look at team in sig. Leaning towards Drouin as he is a lefty. Very valuable in our league.

The LW designation might be the deciding factor here, but I think Mac is the safer guy. With Seguin and Huberdeau at C already, I think I'd go with JD. Without forward distinctions, I would go Mac. Your league: JD.
Especially since you're loaded with young studs and Landeskog doesn't have the "wow" factor as the others in your top 6.

Regardless of position I would take Drouin. Mac is a all round better player but Drouin is a better offensive player and plus I really like the fact that Drouin will be playing with Stamkos for the next ten years.

I'd take MacKinnon. There is no guarantee that Stamkos will be in TB longer than the 3 years left on his contract. I'd never use a first overall pick based on who that player may or may not play with.
Have you talked to the guy with the 2nd pick and asked when he'd give you to flip picks?
At 2nd, you still may get Drouin. Or you'd get Mackinnon +.
I'd at least ask about it...
