Hi I just download the update of the guide no problem to open the guide but the draft list I am not be able I receive a microsoft message that said have you buy or buy or try a new product that weird because last week I was be able to open the version of august 28th. Now I am not be able any of themI have microsoft office starter 2010 I am so mad because I really like the draft list and I need it...

A lot of time issues with downloading are related simply to the web browser you are using. If you are using internet explorer try using google chrome or firefox. I checked your account and you are still listed as having ordered so that shouldn't be an issue. Let us know what trying a different web browser does.
I use Firefox and can't open it with Excel - but I have OpenOffice.org 3.3 which opens it. It's a free download of an office suite supported by Oracle.
