Default Is Quick a top Three Goalie?

Trying to settle a bet here. Who would you guys consider the top 3 goalies to own.

I have Lundquist Rask and Quick as my top 3. The guys in my pool seem to have a hard time excepting Quick as a top 3 goalie.

Is Quick top 3? if not who is?

Quick is more valuable in real hockey then he is in fantasy. He steps it up in the playoffs and is sometimes hard to start on the road.

That being said, he is still a top 3 goalie. If anyone is close, it would be Rinne.

    For me its:

    Lundqvist
    Rask

    Rinne

Dobber has six goalies listed as Tier 1: Rask, Quick, Crawford, Rinne, Lundqvist and Howard.

Looking at that list, I'd say - yes, Quick is top-3.

My tier "1" guys would probably be:

    Lundy
    Rask
    Rinne
    Price
    Quick
    Crawford

I think Lundy and Rask are 1-2, with the group of Quick/Price/Rinne/Crawford as almost interchangable depending on scoring cats.

Lundy, Rask, Quick for me. Rinne is close but he won't get the same # of wins. And I definitely do not put Price in this group.

You will get arguement for and against him being a top 3 goalie. The fact that his name is in the arguement is good enough for me. Theres very few that will get their name in that arguement to start with.

Like others have said, if he isnt a top 3, hes a top 4 at the very least.

Rask, Lundy, Rinne and Quick are the best of the best and there could be an arguement for any of these 4 to be top 3.

In any draft I would be picking one of Lundy, Rask, Quick, Rinne as my franchise goalie. So yes, I consider Quick top 3/4 goalies in the NHL.

Like all fantasy hockey questions it's scoring categories dependant.

In "standard scoring" with peripherals (like the one in your signature) I think it's:
    Lundy
    Rask

    Quick
    Crawford
    Luongo

If it's wins only for me it's:
    Crawford
    Rask
    Lundqvist
    Luongo
    Quick

    I think he's definitely top 3.

He plays in a very defensive system
Has great defensive forwards in front of him.
Now has no competition for the #1 Job.
Will start 65+ games on a team that will win a lot.
He's a hair above Rinne in a keeper since he's younger and on a better team.
