Fantasy-wise I think there are few long-term better options than MacKinnon. Drouin is one of them. RNH is another. I'd take RNH...by a hair.
Mackinnon
RNH
Simple question:
Who would you rather own in a keeper league?
(Cats: G, A, Pts, PPG, PPA, +/-)
I still drool over the talent RNH has to play with in Edmonton, but he scared me a bit last year - will he rebound after getting his shoulder fixed?
I think, no doubt, Mackinnon will be a better all-around player, but we're strictly talking fantasy.

Even with having to recover from shoulder surgery, I'm going with RNH. I think he's going to be an assists machine. MacKinnon might be the all around better player, but RNH has got the better tools offensively.
I would rather have MacKinnon.

Oilers is an offensive mind machine, I would go with RNH mostly because of this. Put Mackinnon with oilers and RNH with colorado, and I'll choose Mack !
