The goalies that will play the most are typically on fringe playoff teams.
Teams that will only make the playoffs if their #1 goalie (their most likely chance to win) plays a LOT.

    *Rinne (NAS)
    *M.Smith (PHX)
    *Niemi (SJ)
    *Bobrovsky (CBJ)
    *Pavelec (WPG)
    *Quick (LA)
    *Price (MON)
These seven guys could all play close to 70 games.

As for most wins, well... quality of team is huge.

    Rask
    ...
    Lundqvist
    Howard
    Quick (+GP!)
    Niemi (+GP!)
    Price (+GP!)
    Crawford

Those are my favourite seven for WINS.
All could/should be near 40 wins.

Of the group you list in your poll, Niemi and Pavelec are the two you should be considering. While I expect Pavelec (and the Jets) to take another step forward this season, Niemi should remain the better of the two options. Niemi for me.
