In a points only, start 6, no salary keeper league, would you draft anybody ahead of Joe Morrow from the 2013 draft class, Not including Seth Jones?? Looking for production in the next 3 years.. Will anybody in the 2013, 2012, 2011 draft class make a Tyler Myers like impact in their first year and sustain those numbers or be better then Morrow long term??

I think Ryan Pulock will become a better fantasy player than Joe Morrow. Darnell Nurse has some untapped offensive potential also.

Being a Habs fan, I really think that Beaulieu will get some PP2 minutes this season and they are going to prepare him for the departure of Markov at the end of next season.

Agree, Beaulieu soon will be Subban's partner on the PP, that coupled with his skillset spells a hell of a bright fantasy future. Joe Morrow is pretty close to him I think, and could even be better, but his opportunity isn't as imminent with Chara and Hamilton ahead of him.

Longterm, I prefer Morrow to everyone on that list. He's very talented and he'll eventually be playing with Hamilton. Brodin may produce more short term and I put him second. He will probably have the most opportunity of anyone on the list short term. I like most of these guys a lot but not for a few more years.

IŽd pick Pouliot, Pulock and Brodin ahead of Morrow.

Morrow has a lot of talent and his upside is high, but he was traded twice within only a few weeks. I might be wrong, but that scares me a little bit.

Derrick Pouliot is the best name on that list for fantasy leagues and to me it isn't close.

    As for the rest....

I would also rank Brodin, Ristolainen, Pulock, Morrissey above Morrow. Koekkoek would be ranked above him as well if not for the major injury woes. Ceci and Beaulieu are right there in the mix too.

    I wouldn't overrate Morrow.

He has a lot of deficencies defensively and in Boston especially he won't get a shot until he shows major improvement in those areas. Bruins have no reason to rush Morrow into the lineup. Long term I just don't see the upside in Morrow as I do in the names mentioned above.

There should also be notable concern to the fact Morrow has been traded twice already.

Dobber's prospect guide has Pouliot NHL ETA as 2015-16. So if the OP is looking for production in the next three years, Pouliot might be a risky pick.

I would be intrigued by Codi Ceci. But I suspect he'll need at least one full year in the AHL.

I quite like this list, especially the top-3. Personally I'd move Brodin up a tad, but I think I'm higher on him than most people. I'm really surprised Ceci wasn't getting much attention from anyone else.
