    Tool looks awesome. Thanks

    Couple of questions

    1. Just want to make sure I'm reading the results right. I punch in 2 positions, 2 rostered players, NYR and FLA. The results take hose two teams and put conflicts for every team. Example Anaheim has only 18 conflicts.

    2. How do people typically deal with dual eligible players? I want to use it to maximize my roster based on my keepers.

    Thanks again.

Correct. Anaheim would maximize the number of games from your third player at that position.

That's a really good question. I don't have a great answer for that. Those dual-eligible guys always throw a wrench into the plans.

They are supposed to be the number of games on each day of the week. J is Monday, K is Tuesday, etc. But thanks for bringing that up, noticed a bug in the spreadsheet. Those days were pulling data from the wrong row, here's revision 2 with the correction.

cool thancs. that makes setting up things so much easier. good addition.

I couldn't have planned my summer trading better myself lol. I traded for Rask and then for Hiller. best combo of goalies. we start 1 a night. and then I have gustavsson as a 3rd option. 20 possible starts with 15 of those being b2b. if he gets the starts good to throw in another start here and there.

Yeah, adding Rask was a no brainer. The Hiller addition was luck with the schedule. Anaheim plays a lot of Sunday games again (13, tied for 2nd).

Anaheim must have some request with the NHL to have a lot of Sunday games or something because I notice this trend every year.

FYI: I moved this thread from "General Hockey Chat" to "One-Year Leagues".
I think it is most valuable for one-year leagues and it will get buried quickly in General Hockey Chat.

My list of best "off-night" teams for Daily Start Leagues:

    .268 Anaheim

    .259 Calgary
    .258 Chicago
    .254 Vancouver
    .254 Pittsburgh
    .250 Detroit
    .250 NY Rangers

    .244 Winnipeg
    .240 Ottawa

    .238 Los Angeles
    .238 Colorado
    .234 Washington
    .233 Philadelphia
    .231 New Jersey

    .229 Toronto
    .229 Minnesota
    .228 Buffalo
    .226 Edmonton
    .226 Columbus
    .225 Carolina
    .224 Montreal
    .223 Boston
    .222 San Jose
    .220 Dallas

    .219 Florida
    .218 NY Islanders
    .217 St.Louis
    .217 Phoenix
    .215 Nashville
    .213 Tampa Bay

The formula is created using partials of each game day.
The partials from each game day are added/summed to create a score.
A team playing several games on an off-night gets a larger chunk of a score.

For example, the largest partial score is Anaheim's Wednesday night score of 0.067, for playing 12 Wed-games of the NHL's total 180 Wed-games.
