I don't know how your scoring system works, so it's very difficult to provide advice on picking up Loungo. For example, does 1 goalie count or two? If one, you've already got Quick.
I think you'll get more informative advice if you update your signature to explain how the league awards points and how many players count...

Depends what the goalies will look like in the draft then
So basically you're trying to figure out your "one" extra keep.
One of Iggy/Hossa/Gaborik (for your wing)
or
Luongo (giving you two goalies)
My thoughts are it comes down do what position is easier to re-draft. Regardless, you'll just be re-filling whatever hole you leave earlier. My initial impression is to get Luongo.
Also, Hossa may be a better keeper than Ryan over the next two years. There is an age gap for sure, and Ryan is better value long term, but if you're looking to win this year Hossa would be my keeper.
I would be curious to see the roster of the team you're trading with, and their potential keepers.
