Welcome to the forum.

First suggestion for such a question is to list your roster and number of keepers (assuming 14F/6D are your starters?) in addition to those settings. That is always important - for this and future posts - so we can see all the information and give you the most complete advice. Context is very important.

That being said, in a vacuum, I would prefer Tavares without hesitation. He's an elite player, and no other bit parts added to Seguin (who has still proven little and who knows how soon he'll reach the next level) make it worth it. Tavares is entering the upper tier of players, and only another elite or two high end players would be in comparison.

Furthermore the owner receiving Seguin+ would have to drop two players (unless empty slots) which makes the deal even less desirable. If I had Tavares, I would reject right away.

the Tavares side is way way way way more valuable in any and every format and its not even remotely close. He is so much better than all of those players combined.

Have to agree with everybody

Tavares is top 10 talent in NHl and maybe better than that.

Seguin is not there and might never be there.
I'm not a fan of Larsson as I dont think he'll ever be a 50 pts d-men
and Brassard... its Brassard... not even close to elite production

This really comes down to Tavares vs. Seguin, don't get distracted by Larsson and Brassard as they are throw-ins who are easily replaced. Tavares side all the way here, no doubt about it.

unless your roster is incredibly thin you'll find that quality (JT) trumps quantity every single time
