The first time I ever did fantasy hockey was like 12 years ago and I joined the day before the prospect draft. Spent the whole day making my list (I was so green back then) and the morning of the draft the power goes out. Not only did I have no internet but I couldn't even access my list. I did have the phone though and was able to contact my cousin who was in the league and in a different part of town. So basically I did my picks in the dark.
