    Benn - Seguin - Cole
    Whitney - Eakin - Peverley
    Roussel - Horcoff - Glennie
FREE AGENT or Faksa - Fidler - Ritchie

EDIT: They are in need of another good free agent IMO (or 2) if they want to compete

This make sense, and as a Peverley owner, I'd be thrilled!!

Glennie will not make the team this year... Ritchie could, but I doubt it. Nuchuskin will be given every opportunity to make it.

    Benn-Seguin-Nichushkin (offensive minutes, scoring role)
    Whitney-Peverley-Chiasson
    Eakin-Horcoff-Cole (move Eakin to wing)
    Nystrom/UFA-Fiddler-Roussel

I think Fiddler is on the way out now after all of these moves.

I'm just excited to be able to buy some Dallas Stars Eriksson gear at discounted prices.
He's long been one of my favourite players.

$10 t-shirts will be on NHL.com soon... yeah.
I guess nobody will be buying this one though!

I heard Nichushkin was planning on comming to N.A. only in 2014. Also, you think Chiasson will bump Cole to the 3rd line? I'm not saying I'm not for it, but I doubt Dallas would put a 4.5 million dollar winger on the 3rd line, especially considering their lack of offense. He had 1 bad year; I think he will/should bounce back to a 50 point season.

Bah, don't count on it. Peverley is a great role player. He could fit in on the first if there's an injury or something, but I don't see him there full-time.

Haha, I usually use those as PJs or lawn mowing apparel

Nichuskin stated that he wasn't interested in playing in the AHL, so he basically said that if he wasn't going to make the team this year, he would go back to the KHL...

Stars like Cole in that role (at least they did last year). Spreads things out a bit. Many teams are going three lines deep nowadays.

Interesting note I read to today about Nichushkin:

Nichushkin has stated his desire to play in North America and the Stars also added Russian defenseman Sergei Gonchar this offseason, who is from the Nichuskin's hometown of Chelyabinsk and could help the forward adjustment to NHL life. The last Russian prospect Gonchar mentored was Evgeni Malkin, and things worked out alright for him.

The left-handed wing should see time on the second unit with either Shawn Horcoff or Rich Peverley at center and possibly Erik Cole or Alex Chiasson on the other wing.

I've long subscribed to the countrymen/teammates on teams as having an overall positive effect on their play. This could bode well for the Stars and Nichushkin.
