Default Sim League Trade Advice (Seguin +)

I'm not sure if this forum is appropriate for my question but I figured that they're similar enough and maybe those of you with sim league experience can chime in.

After several days of negotiating, I am currently mulling over the following offer in my sim league.

    Team A:
Tyler Seguin (21-years-old with a rating of 70 overall)
    This year's 3rd round pick (85)
    This year's 4th round pick (93)
    Next year's 2nd round pick

    For my...

    Team B:
Braden Holtby (23-years-old with a rating of 85 overall)

Seguin's cap hit is $2,700,000 over the next two seasons which would alleviate some of Holtby's qualifying contract. My goalies already include Pekka Rinne (86 overall), Frederik Andersen (75 overall), Darcy Kuemper (72 overall), and Kevin Poulin (71 overall). I also have Malcolm Subban as my top goaltender prospect. With that said, I could use Seguin's offensive prowess and absorb his contract; after all, he's still developing and could prove to be invaluable to my team in the longrun. Since I already have Rinne should I move Holtby now or sign him for a year and listen to other offers?

Impossible to answer without knowing the details of your league, and what your team looks like.

I have no idea what type of league you are talking about, but from what you described I would tentatively say yes.

Yep, I should have provided more details in my original post. Below is a link to my depth chart sans contract extensions in the process of being signed, of which I will list the names.

    Players under contract:
    http://reddithl.com/portal/depth_chart.php?team=10
C - Jason Spezza (77 overall) on LTIR

    Players signing extensions: RFA, UFA
    D - Roman Josi (72 overall)
    D - Anton Stralman (68 overall)
RW - Wayne Simmonds (71 overall)
RW - Jarome Iginla (74 overall)

My goalie depth is strong and Holtby is a surefire starter now so acquiring a young, top-six forward with a high ceiling in exchange for him is pretty enticing since my "Goals For" was seriously lacking last year.
