Doughty + Kronwall would be too much for Weber. Weber isn't that much better than either of those two.

Yeah, I'm kinda thinking that. IF Doughty even bounces back a tad, the separation between him and Weber will be razor thin in my format.

Weber ended up having a standard Weber year: 16 goal / 48 points = 70 pool points (120 pace over 82 GP). Doughty scored 53 pool points in a "low" year for him. Kronwall scored at a 128 pool point pace last year - his first season as the Wings #1.

How about if the deal was my Shattenkirk for his Weber? I'm really torn on this - Goal bonus favors Weber as of now. But the Preds don't have an explosive offense as it is and Jones could end up snagging some points from Shea. On the other hand, Shatty shares his offense with Pietrangelo but I think he still has a whole other level to go. Plus I love having my Blues Brothers - Pietrangelo and Shattenkirk. This one's a toughie.

I don't like the idea of trading two of your better guys for Weber, but I'd be down for dealing Shattenkirk straight up for Weber. I personally wouldn't find it tough to pull the trigger on that at all, especially with the goal bonus.
