Briere is going to be a great value find this summer - he's a playoff performer, versatile, and still talented. Injuries have kind of derailed his performance over the past two years.
I think he stays out East (kids/family reasons) - Winnipeg would be a great fit, as would Ottawa.

In a way, I agree with Bryzgalov's assessment of the media in Philly and that's not helped by the leaky management. Can't be easy to play there and be scrutinized like that, to the point where half the shit could very well be outright lies taken out of thin air.

Curious to see if Bernier firing his agent and going with Pat Brisson will mean anything with his connection to Philadelphias current talent. I've heard speculation of Bernier for Read (LA wants help on the wing). Either way Bryz would need to be bought out. This is going to be a fun summer for player movement.
I honestly think alot of teams are going to go hard after Briere.. He won't get the crazy money he is making right now, but he will definitely cash in on this contract aswell..
