The only sure keeper here is Nyquist.
The only sure drop here for me is Soderberg.
I'd have to know the rest of your roster before I could give an honest opinion on Smith or Couturier but my initial reaction is to keep Couturier.

Smith vs Couturier would depend on whether you value a D more than a forward. If Coutrurier gets traded which is rumoured, his value would go up. As far as Smith, D take longer to hit their upside.

If you are weak on defence, keep Smith, otherwise keep Couturier.

Nyquist has the most value imo.
Depending on what your team looks like and your D situation. I'd have to go with dropped Soder and Smith (D's take about 4 years to reach their potential so Smith is a little off).
Also, is this for the prospect draft? If so, what picks do you have? What type of player could you draft? This draft is very very deep so I assume you would get a player or equal or greater value.
