There are things known, and things Unknown. In between are The Doors...
I'd keep Fowler + Oshie. Points only league Callahan and Oshie are close to a wash. They are both 50-60 pts player.
Wideman might a better option now than Fowler, but Fowler's upside is too high for me to just give up on him that fast.
Keep what you have.

I agree that you should keep what you have. Wideman's salary is just too high to justify the small difference in points between him and Fowler. As yougo said Callahan and Oshie is a wash points wise.

In a points-only I'd rather have Oshie and Fowler. That's more of a personal preference though, as I feel that Fowler is due for a breakout in the next year or so. I would guess the points would actually be fairly even next year. In a multi-cat league I think it's Callahan and Wideman, but without hits Callahan isn't worth as much.

Since it's points only I agree with the concensus of Fowler-Oshie if only for Fowler's upside and potential.
Points-only go with Fowler/ Oshie as the others have indicated.
I don't this is going to end up being a good deal for you - but I am sure your trading partner is happy about the prospect of getting it done.
I would offer Fowler, Oshie and some picks for Stamkos. See what happens. ;-)
Seriously, I don't like this offer for you. I don't think you improve any position or clear cap space, so why bother?
