    sweet thanks for the heads up. I like Hertl and think he might make an impact earlier than some think.

    I think so as well.

    As of right now SJ only has 8 fwds signed for next season (including Burns). Considering their cap situation for next year, 8.6m currently available and needing to fill 8 spots, they will need to roster some cheap players.

    They may have to send out an expensive player like Boyle or Marleau to stay under the cap.

    Not that he'll replace Havlat right away but he definitely has the tools to do so.

    He could replace Havlat immediately as it doesn't require much. Havlat did nothing for the Sharks this year.

    Ya and at 5 mill per season he could be the subject of an amnesty buyout.
