You must keep some proven talent in a rebuild. Plus, Seguin and Benn are just about to hit their primes. Keep what you have.

I have to agree with the others. If you are trading Seguin and Benn you need to get a lot more in return. I would look at trading Benn, Stransky and Laughton for 1st overall 2013 (Drouin), Nyquist, and Saad
