That last one is a real toss-up.
Carter vs. Voracek vs. Ryan... gosh, I don't know.

Voracek & Ryan are both BOOM-or-BUST kind of guys.
Carter is the most proven, but also least upside.

My gut says to go with Bobby Ryan... I feel like there is still a break-out in there... and when Selanne retires... he's clearly ANA's 3rd best forward, which should qualify him for PP1 time.

Malkin and Staal are obvious (clearly keep an eye on STaal's recent knee injury)

As others have said, Thornton would be my 3rd choice as well. (If your league has offseason trading, I would try to move him for a pick and keep Voracek and Ryan)

Voracek would be my last choice. Hard to overlook what he accomplished last year.

Malkin, Staal, Ryan, Carter are my choices. I need to see more from Voracek over a full 82 to believe he's the real deal and I think next year is when Big Joe starts to decline.

Malkin, Staal, Thornton and Ryan for me. I chose Ryan because IMO, he has the most upside and is the better talent. Voracek upside depends on whether he stays on Giroux's line.

This basically sums up what my thoughts are as well. I see Ryan gaining PP1 time this year with Selanne either retiring or having a bit of a decline. Even if he doesnt retire - Ryan has is a future PP1 guy

I see what you mean with Ryan. But Selanne had a decline this year and Ryan disappointed. I dont know. Thornton is such a fantasy stud, just not as young anymore. Thornton is such a safe player who always produce 70+. Dunno, did Ryan not play PP1 this year?
