Default Anybody else struggling with this?

    which series to watch?

    OTT-PIT

    or

    NYR-BOS

it sucks that they're running at the same time on the same night...on the one hand I kinda want to see the Sens bounce back (and Big Ev...he's took game one pretty hard I think ) but on the other hand the Rangers and the Bruins hate each other and the Bruins finally got some rest so it's probably going to be a helluva game 1

    thoughts?

I'd watch Pens-Sens. That series is only going to last three more games anyways. :-)

At this point, I usually start watching the games of players I have in hockey pools. Who do you have left? That way, you can at least start cheering for them.

Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

Ummm..... I have a suggestion. Watch Bruins-Rangers tonight and watch Pens-Sens tomorrow. I've already called the NHL and made the arrangements for you.

    You're welcome.

The Rangers play awful hockey (as an impartial observer). If the games were on at the same time, OTT/PIT would be the easy choice for me.

I must agree. I just watched the first period of the Bos/NYR game and that was the most boring period I've watched so far in these playoffs.

Agreed, brother. Does anyone seriously believe an Eastern Conference team has any chance at the Cup this year??

Boston v. Rangers? Flip a coin.

I'm waiting for the winner of the eventual Kings v. 'Hawks.

...and I got my coin on the 'Hawks.

    boom

don't see why not, over the last decade it's an even 5-5 split

I don't ever count anyone out in the NHL playoffs

Oh I agree, on any given year. But this year, I'm not feeling the dominant Eastern-vibe the way I have years past.

Sure they're always in the convo due to some guy named Bill Cosby or Sid Lemieux or whatever his name is.

Vokoun is making me rethink my stance, but their D always seems to be just loose enough to let games get away.
