Interesting that you had Oullet so low (but you're a wings fan judging by your avi), any reason for that?

Also interesting that Ceci is so high. He has had a great year though.

Depends on opportunity and a hopeful trade for Rundblad...but overall game I too like Ceci....I think Maatta might be the X factor though...I like his game too. I have all but given up on Ellis unless he is dealt and begins to work harder.

    Cody Ceci
    David Rundblad
    Ryan Murphy
    Olli Maata
    Brandon Gormley
    Alex Petrovic
    Matt Finn

I am quite high on Alex Petrovic especially in a format including hits and PIMs. I would probably rank him first in that list. He also has very good offensive upside and has a rocket of a shot. His last 2 years in the WHL he had 58 and 48 points with 140+ PIMs. In his first 6 NHL games, he had 25 PIMs but he did not register a point.

The reason he's low is because he's several years away from being NHL ready and Detroit always takes things slow with prospects.

Good point. Ill stay away from him in the draft.

Brandon Gormley looks to be regressing, no?

Detroit is going to regress very quickly if they do not change that attitude, the nhl is becoming a younger man's game.

Dont let ellis fall off your radar, his scoring upside is huge and worth the potential risk. And as suter has proven playing beside weber is not the end all

Well out of those guys I own(ed) Ellis and Petrovic,
Ended up trading Ellis + Blacker + 2014 2nd for Nabokov and Matt Carle.
    (kept Petrovic)

I really don't think Ellis is that much of a loss considering that his game has not transitioned well to the NHL yet. I think his lack of size will really limit his career.

I'm looking at drafting some of the rest if the picks work out in my favour. I'm liking Ceci and Gormley right now.
