I was going through Russo's chat and someone asked the question and Russo said he didn't think Bettman was going to hand it out. It surprised me, so I figured I would see what people thought on here.
That and I thought there could be some good humor in it.
Interesting, but I just don't see it being any different. I mean, he did his job in 2006 after blowing away a full season.
