You won't get real clarity until the end of the second round generally.

Last playoffs I didn't lose a single player in the first round (20 players!) but then lost almost every single one in the second round and ended up in third place.

You really need to nail the top 4 teams to win these things, and I think you're in decent shape!

    Thanks for these updates!

    Looking good for your team.
I gave you a 50/50 shot if Chicago makes the cup. That looks about right.

Poor Team 6... lost Fleury from his starting gig.
(I feel that pain, I'm in a playoff pool where I help my buddy and he's in 2nd because he lost Fleury.)

The team in 1st is a team I said would only have a chance with a PIT/BOS conference final! LOL... true.

If I had to bet... I'd put my money on your team right now!!!
    Good luck!

I think the most dangerous teams to win it are 3rd 4th and 5th.. You have a nice mix, with a CHI flair..

The other teams are LA and BOS stocked, so seems to depend who goes deep and finds themselves in the Finals..

I feel like my math is somewhat subjective on this but essentially my entire team got 25 points per round and with everyone left I can maybe hope for another 20-25 in the upcoming series.

Seems like a Boston/Chicago final gives me a better shot at winning than a Pittsburgh/Chicago final does!

    1st place: 66 points
Players Left (4) Iginla, Letang, Horton, Rask

3rd place: 55 points (my team)

Looks like if Chicago wins the series you will likely win the pool. If Boston wins then the guy currently in 1st place will win.

    Good Luck!

Thanks! Im hoping for a Chicago win more so than winning the pool!
I think my team can outpoint Horton for the rest of the series even if Boston does win, Im banking on some decent scoring games and zero shutouts for Rask!

I had forgotten you only get points for shutouts. In that case you might be right as long as the Blackhawks can score at least one goal per game.

Shutout from Rask gave the 2nd place team 3 points and tied him with me for 1st!

    Kane,Hossa,Sharp,Bergeron VS Rask,Horton

Ive climbed from 21st to 6th and from 28 points back of 1st to 14 back since the Final has started.

No one else has Rask.....and I have...

    Krejci (owned by all)
Lucic and Chara (owned by some)
Jagr and Seguin (owned by none)

The real kicker here.....is I also own Toews, and since he was in group #1 and everyone left up top had Pittsburgh and Chicago...EVERYONE picked CROSBY!!! Ahhhhhhh! It's maddening.

    $1400 for 1st place.

haha no.....2 pts for a goal so that helps. Plus automatic 2 points for a Boston win. Gained 4 points on most teams tonight.....5 and 6 on some.
