That has to be the lamest excuse I've ever seen. Speed is a big part of Kessel's game and he used it to get on a breakaway and you go "well, he didn't have anyone defend against him". Yes, he did, and he skated away from them. If you get so butthurt by Kessel scoring a five on five goal against the Bruins, get them D who skate better.

90% of the media is just so bad at what they do; I feel bad that the NHL mandates it for players and coaches to talk to those dummies.

I find that has been bad throughout these playoffs but especially so in the Canadian-based games. It's almost as if the linesman have all realized that they're on the biggest of big stages and are constantly like: "look at me! look at me! see I threw that guy out of the circle cause he scratched his nose before he lined up, look at my POWER! FEAR ME!"

Haha this was driving everyone absolutely NUTS at maple leaf square tonight. It was a zoo down there... interesting to experience the atmosphere once, but I definitely won't be doing that again.

Yep he is a moron. He has been getting chastized by the fans and the media in Toronto and rightly so. I have no idea why he thought that would be a good idea?!?! maybe he really is an idiot and didn't realize what the "Boston Strong" orginiated from (I know not likely I just cant fathom being that stupid).

huh? I think you're blowing it way out of proportion dude, perhaps a bit in poor taste to be sure but that's about it, it's not like he's holding up a sign mocking the victims, he's just mocking a dumb slogan that was stolen by the city of Boston in the first place (from the LiveStrong cancer campaign).

If you wanna talk classless lets talk about all the companies printing the merch with that slogan on it who are now profiting from a horrible tragedy that left so many people dead or maimed, that to me is the definition of classless. And you've got all these well meaning people forking over their cash when they should be giving it directly to the charity or the red cross or the victims themselves. Its sad and disgusting IMO.
