Kids say the darndest thing, hockey edition
I swear this is a true story. I brought my two-year-old twin girls to the park the other morning. One of them would find small twigs in the sand and bring them up to me saying "Here's a stick." This one boy who was there, a three-year-old I've never seen before, wanted to do the same. But he brought me a small wilted half-a-leaf.
Boy: Here's a stick.
Me: That's a leaf.
Boy (throws down the leaf in disgust): Leafs suck.
I lost it. Took me about five minutes to stop laughing.
