About an hour ago, CNN reported an unmarked, black SUV sped up to a house, individuals exited the vehicle. Minutes later, these same individuals exited the house w/a man in handcuffs, placing him into the unmarked SUV and sped off.
I turned to my wife and said "You'll never hear about that guy again."

You just never know.. They probably wanted to get some quick cash and try and head out of the city.. Maybe they should have thought about the thousands of camera's downtown aswell.. I hate that this has happened, I just hope they find this other kid before something else bad happens..

Im at work and have to follow this on twitter. The police keep changing the channels on their police scanner and now the updates are not coming as fast as they used to.

Actually I think that given how much the media likes to sensationalize things and make these kind of guys famous I think if anything it will encourage them. I think most of these guys don't care whether they live or die or get caught, they care more about the 'fame' they know they'll get and that's enough for their twisted minds.
Reminds me of a line from Criminal Minds (cheesy to draw this from a drama but I think it's pretty accurate), that people always remember the killer's names, but nobody remembers the victims.
Anyways, hope they catch this guy.
