For the love of Pete - tonight my 2 goalies Quick and Lehtonen play each other and I think to myself "Myself, you're at least going to get a win tonight - that's not too shabby". One of my goalies gets injured and the other gest lit up. Great.

"Stars coach Glen Gulutzan stated the injury is a mild one and that Lehtonen will be day-to-day; the Stars don't play again until Friday night in Nashville -- although the team will play again the next night back home in Dallas."
I'm hoping the "mild" reference is accurate!

Stars recall G Cristopher Nilstorp, Kari Lehtonen day-to-day http://wp.me/p2FkTW-YL
There was an earlier tweet that Kari felt some discomfort during warmups last night but decided to play through it.
The groin tweak earlier this season was five games or so, figure that's probably a reasonable timeline this time around as well.

Dallas Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen, who left Tuesday’s game against Los Angeles with a groin injury, practiced briefly today in Frisco and is questionable for Friday’s game in Nashville.
“He is going to travel with us and he is still day-to-day,” said Stars coach Glen Gulutzan. “It’s his groin. He’s day-to-day and he could be a game player tomorrow. We’ll see how that plays out.”
Kinda looks like Nihlstrop won't get much action huh?
Per rotoworld today:
"Kari Lehtonen (groin) didn't dress for the Stars' game Saturday night.
"He skated this morning and still didn’t feel he was ready to go and Zeis didn’t feel he was ready to go," Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said. "He is still day-to-day." Zeis is a trainer. Gulutzan is optimistic about Lehtonen's chances of being available for Monday's game. Apr 14 - 9:28 AM"

Kari in the lineup one way or another now. Nihlstorp sent back to Austin.
Any news on whether Lehtonen might be between the pipes Thursday against the Canucks?
