For me, the best prospects here are Baertschi and Bjugstad, but there's no guarantee that Bjugstad will be playing with the Panthers next year (which is what I think you're asking about). Given that you want prospects that will play I'd go with Baertschi and Johansen.
It would help if you clarified exactly what you're trying to get advice on. The way you've laid it out is confusing.

isn't bjugstad signed and waiting to play with florida now? based on the fact that they wouldn't part with him for lu, and toronto wouldn't part with kadri for lu, i would say they are high on him and will likely give him a spot right off the bat. he is a blue chip prospect and they are a rebuilding team i think he's almost guaranteed to play. they were trying to sign him last off-season to play from the beginning of this year and he told them no, so they have been trying to get him into their line up for some time now. Will he be productive enough to be a top 2 on this list tho? maybe, time will tell but since he hasn't gotten a game in yet to show one way or another i will say pass on him for now given who's on the above list.

are my top 3 for short term production. MPS should be steadier down the line then sven, but sven has a higher peak offensively so if he got a ton of ice time and got hot he could do more damage. Johansen looks to be the best tho in terms of ice time/experience/production combo. looking forward to his development.

How would you rank Brett Connolly on this list?
Close to the top, long-term. He's got 70-75 point, elite power forward potential and will likely be in the top 6 with very skilled forward next season.
