    Hey guys, Markov has been great this yr but what's your guys thoughts on him next year and going forward? Unload while I still can or keep him till and just deal with the injuries as they come.

    Even at the age of 34, I believe he should be better next year, or at the very worst, the same. He did miss most of last season and the season before, so I think he is still getting over it mentally.

    I say exactly where he stands right now: top 5 dman!

    I don't know, you can see that his skating ability is not nearly as good as it used to be, however he probably has the best positioning in the league.

    I don't know if his knees would last an 82 game season. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't under-sell the guy but if you can get something good for him, I'd do it.

    I agree with the above, sell now if you can get decent value. He's aging, has had multiple injuries and Subban is their new #1.

    His production has declined since Subban came back. Whoever mentioned Markov's ability to get through an 82 game season is on to something as well.

    He's a good dman, but right now is probably the last window to get anything good in return, unless he gets off to a great start next year and someone is willing to bite on a deal.

    Markov has more ice-time than Subban however (even strength and pp).

    Sell high. I did for Pietranglo. He's a great player but made of glass.
