You could say the same thing for Habs fans. Every rink will have a ton of Montreal jerseys. That doesnt change the point that the show isnt called Hockey Night In Toronto. A little variety isnt a bad thing. Show some other Canadian teams on Hockey Night in CANADA every once in a while.

The only one I listen to is Friedman, the rest are pretty much useless and/or annoying. Ron I like as a person, and he seems like a genuinely nice guy so I'm fine with him. I think he fills the role of anchor really well but he doesn't add much to the discussion.
I struggle to understand why they can't get a former player who actually played as a true starter in the league and understands the game on some basic level. Take Keith Jones for example, we get him as an analyst on many of the US broadcasts and he's steadily been getting better. He's still kinda cardboard-like and one dimensional but I'd rather listen to him than those jokers on HNIC any day and that's sad
Sorry, I love Coaches Corner. I know Don can make a true ass out of himself sometimes, but I still love that segment.
If the Hot Stove or whatever the hell it was called was just Ron Mclean and Elliot Friedman I think they'd be on to something there. Stock and Weekes can suck it. The other guys? Meh.
